An escape room is an immersive game designed for teams of 2 to 6 players. Your team’s mission is to conquer all the puzzles within the room and solve its central mystery before your 60-minute timer runs out!

The challenge level really depends on your team’s ability to work together, communicate, and stay focused under a bit of pressure and adrenaline! Our Escape Room games are designed to test your teamwork, observation skills, ability to connect clues, creativity, and many other talents.

No worries! If you find yourselves spending too much time on a particular puzzle and aren’t making progress, you can ask our Game Master for a hint. They’ll give you a little nudge in the right direction to get your brains thinking along the right lines, but they won’t give away the solution.

If the clock beats you, our Game Master will join you in the room and walk you through the remaining solutions, so you won’t leave without knowing how the mystery unfolded!

Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled game time—early enough to get ready, but not too early to avoid unnecessary wait times. This will give you time to use the bathroom, listen to the room story, and go over the rules. Your game slot is 60 minutes, and another team’s adventure begins right after yours, so punctuality is key. If you’re late, we may unfortunately need to shorten your game time. Please ensure all team members are aware of the location and start time, as we cannot accommodate late arrivals by extending game time. The birthday child and their friends will step into completely new roles and will need to cooperate to solve the room’s mystery. Rest assured, your kids will be talking about their awesome escape room birthday for a long time to come!

Children aged 7 to 12 can participate in escape room games only when accompanied by an adult — either a parent/guardian or one of our team members.

Children under 7 years old can enter free of charge, but must be accompanied by at least one parent at all times.

Yes, advance reservations are mandatory! You can easily book through our website by selecting your desired game, then choosing an available time slot in our booking system and entering your details.

That’s okay, life happens! However, we kindly ask that you only book a game once you’ve confirmed the date and time works for your entire team. If you do need to cancel, please do so in a timely manner, preferably at least one day in advance. This allows us to make the slot available for another eager team.

Absolutely no prior knowledge is needed! But if it’s your first escape room adventure, here are a few friendly tips:
– Search Thoroughly: Explore the room carefully to find all available clues.
– Share Information: Communicate everything you find with your teammates so everyone is on the same page.
– Ask for Help: If a lot of time has passed and you’re not making progress, don’t hesitate to ask the Game Master for a little hint.
– No Brute Force: Don’t try to force open locked items without finding the correct key or combination.
– Leave Heavy Furniture: There’s no need to move large pieces of furniture.
– Gentle Touch: No force is required to solve any puzzle. Any damage caused to the room will be charged.
– Stay Safe: There are no hidden clues among electrical cables or sockets.
– Leave Personal Items: You won’t need to use any items you brought with you, like mobile phones. Put them away and immerse yourselves!
